Princess Cruises announced that the Caribbean Princess will return to New York in summer 2009 for a second season of round-trip sailings to Bermuda and the Caribbean. In August, the ship will change itineraries and head north for round-trip Canada/New England sailings.

In total Caribbean Princess will operate 20 sailings on two primary routes from New York - 9 day journey to Bermuda, Grand Turk, San Juan and St. Thomas, and 7-day voyages to Newport, Boston, Bar Harbor, Saint John and Halifax. The ship also offers a seven-day cruise from San Juan to New York.
