		<description>I think the customer probably was partially to blame, but this is a perfect example of the point I am trying to make on my blog about the industry allowing unprofessional, untrained people to buy their way into the industry.

They allow companies to pimp out their product by promoting "free trips" , "traveling like an insider" all for $500. CLIA ponies up the credential card without batting an eye and all of a sudden you have this type of situation.
