Reports are circulating that Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) and shipbuilder STX Europe have reached a settlement that allows for the completion of NCL’s F3 vessel. The 150,000-ton, 4,200-berth ship is the biggest ever commissioned by NCL. Read for more details…
