Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) announced that it will levy a fuel surcharge of $7 per person, per day for the first two passengers in a stateroom and $3 per person, per day, for additional passengers in the same room. The charge will be effective with all new NCL bookings made on or after December 1.
NCL is the tenth cruise line within the past week to announce a fuel surcharge. The only cruise lines not charging a surcharge are: Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara Cruises, MSC Cruises and P&O Cruises.
