Ultra-luxury cruise operator Silversea Cruises became the latest line to institute a fuel surcharge. Effective November 14, 2007, for all new 2008 bookings, a fee of $10 per person, per day, will be added. Silversea says reservations made prior to November 14 are exempt from the surcharge.
