It was a scene straight out of a James Bond movie in Dover, England today as Royal Navy
diver Petty Officer Christian Rummer climbed a 60 foot rope up the side of the Carnival Splendor to christen the ship with a symbolic smash of the bottle against the bow. Read for more details and photos…
